Client Engagement Director - House of Dior, Beverly Hills
Job Purpose
In partnership with the Vice President, Beverly Hills, the Client Engagement Director will define and implement the clienteling strategy across all client tiers in the new Flagship “House of Dior” Beverly Hills, aligning with the company's business strategy and budget.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead execution of zone client strategy and clienteling culture within the Boutique, adapting based on the “House of Dior” Beverly Hills specifics.
- Ideate and execute strategy for developing each client tier, collaborating with Boutique leaders and corporate client teams.
- Implement personalized strategy for top clients of the Boutique and Sales Associates, creating a mapping and client journey for each top client.
- Create and develop market-appropriate client experiences in collaboration with Events, Experience, and Client teams.
- Develop monthly plans to drive client outreach focusing on mid-tier clients, ensuring follow-up and tracking progress.
- Coach teams on quality and personalized aspects of client outreach, identifying business development opportunities to recruit new clients.
- Adapt and utilize new client engagement tools, guiding Sales Associates in preparing for appointments and enhancing client journeys.
- Partner with management to ensure tools are used to foster long-term client relationships.
- Lead the development of top client segments, working with corporate teams and boutique leadership to drive growth and exceed KPIs.
- Support boutique directors in ultimate and super elite segment mapping and maintain a list of high-potential clients for Uber luxury events and shows.
- Coach and lead boutique management to understand top-tier business, actively supporting Uber luxury product growth.
- Operate all necessary equipment for the job, including IT, POS systems, and office equipment.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant retail management experience.
- A strong sense of initiative and commercial creativity.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and hospitality sectors.
- The ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Additional Information
The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $165K- $175K annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
