Client Concierge

About the Role

Do you live in the South Bend area? Do you have Answering Service or Dispatcher experience? Do your clients come first? If you answered Yes to all 3 questions, then we may just have the spot for you! Here at Mr. Handyman and HM Remodeling, we’re looking to add a seasoned industry and service professional to our office team. You would be answering customer phone calls, assisting clients with booking jobs, scheduling and routing technicians.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing professional
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented
• Previous construction/handyman experience
• Self‑starter
• Computer experience with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead management and Scheduling – responsible for inbound and outbound customer communications while organizing work and managing schedules for Service Professionals
• Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – communicate with customers to guide them through projects and assist with managing expectations
• Create Life‑Long Customers – deliver a great experience that wows every customer by following the Mr. Handyman Way, a repeatable process that impresses customers every time
