Responsibilities
- Answering calls from referral sources, prospective clients and/or their family members
- Performing onsite assessments and quality assurance visits
- Assisting with HR tasks such as orientations, training staff, and other company programs or initiatives
- Assisting the Administrator with office duties
- Maintaining client and staff files electronically and on paper
- Filing, making copies, and other administrative tasks
- Visiting and arranging local meetings/appointments with potential referral sources
