Responsibilities

• Answering calls from referral sources, prospective clients and/or their family members
• Performing onsite assessments and quality assurance visits
• Assisting with HR tasks such as orientations, training staff, and other company programs or initiatives
• Assisting the Administrator with office duties
• Maintaining client and staff files electronically and on paper
• Filing, making copies, and other administrative tasks
• Visiting and arranging local meetings/appointments with potential referral sources
