About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver responsible for providing hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
- Engage residents through conversation and activities.
- Support dining services.
- Maintain a clean environment.
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
- Adhere to Individualized Service Plans (ISP) for documentation and care consistency.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Age 18 or older.
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtainable.
- Compassion.
- Reliability.
- Strong communication skills.
