Client Care Coordinator
What You'll Do
- Guiding clients through each stage of the loan process with professionalism and care.
- Collecting and organizing required documentation.
- Coinciding with borrowers, loan officers, builders, Realtors, title companies, and underwriting.
- Providing regular updates so all parties know exactly where the loan stands.
- Monitoring deadlines and proactively solving issues to keep closings on schedule.
- Delivering an exceptional client experience from beginning to end.
