Responsibilities
- Guide clients through each stage of the loan process with professionalism and care.
- Collect and organize required documentation.
- Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, builders, Realtors, title companies, and underwriting.
- Provide regular updates so all parties know exactly where the loan stands.
- Monitor deadlines and proactively solve issues to keep closings on schedule.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from beginning to end.

- Loves details and takes pride in accuracy.
- Is an exceptional communicator with outstanding follow-through.
- Is comfortable learning and using technology and multiple software platforms.
- Can successfully manage multiple files and priorities.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Has a genuine heart for serving others and creating an outstanding client experience.
- Mortgage, banking, title, or real estate experience is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn.
