Client Care Advisor for In Home Care Goodyear

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee client in-home care services
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers
- Monitor client satisfaction and quality of care
- Conduct follow-up calls and home visits when needed
- Ensure documentation and care records are accurate and compliant
- Support caregiver training and performance improvement
- Help keep clients safely living at home
- Resolve client concerns compassionately and professionally
- Assist with scheduling and service coordination
Qualifications
- CNA certification or caregiving experience often preferred
- 2–3 years experience in home care, healthcare, hospice, or senior care
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with EMR/home-care software systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented personality
- Reliable transportation may be required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is sometimes preferred
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:30-5:00 occasional weekend or evening shifts
- Occasional on-call duties
