Client Care Advisor

The Role

As a Client Care Advisor, you'll conduct Care Consultations, develop personalized care plans, lead Care Pro introductions, and conduct quality assurance visits — all while serving as a steadfast advocate for clients and their families throughout their care journey.

What You'll Do

• Respond to incoming inquiries and conduct compassionate, consultative Care Consultations.
• Develop individualized care plans and convert consultations into active care starts.
• Lead Care Pro introductions and conduct ongoing quality assurance visits.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and families throughout the care relationship.
• Document all touchpoints accurately in WellSky and update care plans as needs evolve.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in client services, healthcare, senior care, or social work.
• Natural relationship-builder with strong listening and communication skills.
• A consultative approach — you know how to guide and connect, not just pitch.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients at once.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client homes.
