Client Care Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable CNA Client Care Advisor to ensure our clients receive exceptional care and service. This Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM position combines client visits, caregiver support, quality assurance, and collaboration with our office team. You’ll spend time in the field visiting clients and Care Professionals, identifying concerns, improving care, and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality Assurance visits in clients' homes.
• Check in with clients and families to ensure satisfaction with care.
• Observe Care Professionals in the field and ensure care plans are followed.
• Identify changes in client needs and communicate concerns to the office team.
• Provide coaching, support, and education to Care Professionals.
• Assist with caregiver skills observations and competency evaluations.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and address safety or quality concerns promptly.
• Help resolve client and caregiver concerns.
• Collaborate with the office team to improve client and Care Professional experiences.
• Document visits, observations, concerns, and follow-up accurately and on time.

Requirements

• CNA certification in good standing.
• Previous experience in CNA, caregiving, home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, or related healthcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and professional approach with clients, families, and Care Professionals.
• Comfortable providing coaching and constructive feedback.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area.

Driving Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Current automobile insurance.
• Ability and willingness to regularly drive throughout the service area.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Full-Time

Pay

$21.00 - $22.00 per hour
