Responsibilities

Co-lead the firm's electronic billing operations and client billing compliance processes

• Oversee invoice generation, submission, and distribution while ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of billing experience
• Elite 3E billing software experience required
• Prior law firm experience required
• Previous management or leadership experience highly preferred
• Stable work history with demonstrated career progression
