Billing Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Billing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Media environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $95,000 – $105,000 annually Responsibilities Lead daily billing operations and team management to ensure optimal performance Develop efficient billing processes and maintain detailed documentation Own the complete order-to-cash billing process and partner with billing platform providers Resolve customer disputes, escalations, and manage credit/refund processes to enhance client experience Conduct thorough reporting and analytics to track billing performance and pinpoint issues Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections or related fields, ideally in SaaS or subscription business Proven experience in managing teams and ensuring accountability for performance Experience with AI-native billing platforms is a plus, but not mandatory Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential Comfortable using various billing systems and reporting tools Benefits Opportunity to lead and shape a team in a rapidly scaling organization Collaborate with various departments including Finance, Accounting, and GTM Exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies in billing Critical role impacting financial integrity and client interactions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
