Client Analytics Consultant, Pricing and Assortment
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content.
We need to parse the job posting.
First, there is an introductory paragraph about Circana, mission, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content.
We have sections:
- Intro: "Let’s be unstoppable together! Circana is a leading provider..." This is about company and culture. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". Since they said "About the role" heading, we can put that content there.
- Then "Our Critical Sales Skills" list: bullet points of skills. That could be under "Skills". So we can create a Skills section with - each skill.
- Then "What will you be doing?" paragraph describing role. That could be part of "About the role" or maybe "Responsibilities". But we have a separate "Job Responsibilities" heading later. So we can treat "What will you be doing?" as part of About the role or maybe as a summary. But we have a dedicated Responsibilities section later with bullet list. So we can put the narrative under About the role.
- Then "Job Responsibilities" heading with many bullet points (starting with "Be the trusted advisor..."). That is clearly Responsibilities.
- Then "Requirements" heading with bullet list (starting with "10 to 14 years of experience..."). That's Requirements.
- Then "Circana Behaviors" list: could be under "Skills"? Or maybe "Qualifications"? But they are behaviors/values. Could be under "Skills" or maybe we create a separate section? The allowed headings list does not include Behaviors. Could fold into Skills or Qualifications. Probably better to put under Skills as they are soft skills. But we already have Skills from Critical Sales Skills. Could combine both under Skills.
- Then "Location" paragraph: location info. Could be under Schedule? Not exactly. Could be under "About the role" or maybe we create a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could fold into About the role or maybe we ignore? But we need to preserve all substantive information. Location is substantive. Could put under "About the role" as a paragraph.
- Then pay transparency language: includes salary range placeholder "XXX to XXX". This is pay info but it's placeholder (XXX). The instruction says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here the pay range is XXX to XXX, which is placeholder. So we should NOT create a Pay section because it's not actual numbers. However we could still mention pay info in a paragraph? The instruction says do not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does state a range but it's placeholder. Likely we should not create Pay section. We could still include the sentence about pay in About the role? But that would be repeating placeholder. Better to omit pay info entirely because it's placeholder. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The placeholder is not substantive? It's not actual numbers, it's placeholder. Might be considered not substantive. Safer to omit.
- Benefits: "We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees." That's substantive. So we need a Benefits section.
- Schedule: The posting mentions "minimum of two days a week onsite with the client" and "Located in or able to commute to Summit, New Jersey a minimum of two days per week". Also location section says minimum two days per week onsite. That's schedule info. So we can create a Schedule section with that detail.
- Also there is a line about "Limited additional travel (under 5%)." That could be part of Schedule or maybe separate but we can include in Schedule.
- Also there is a line about "This position can be located in the following area(s): Northern New Jersey / New York metro, with a minimum of two days per week onsite in Summit, NJ." That's location and schedule.
Thus we need sections: About the role (intro + critical sales skills? maybe separate Skills), Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills (maybe combine critical sales skills and behaviors), Benefits, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft:

Then maybe a paragraph about What will you be doing? Could be included in About the role as additional paragraph.
Add another for "What will you be doing?" description.
Then Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Be the trusted advisor to RGM and category teams: Be the day-to-day analytics partner to the client's pricing, RGM, category and brand teams. Understand their planning calendar, their line review cycle, and the retailer conversations they are preparing for, and bring a point of view to those moments rather than waiting to be asked. Earn the seat at the table where pricing and assortment decisions get made.
- Shape pricing and promotion decisions: Interpret base and promoted price elasticities, cross-price effects, price gaps and thresholds across the client's categories and key retailers. Use Circana's platform to pressure test pricing and promotion scenarios with the client, then translate them into pricing corridors, promotional guidelines and retailer-specific recommendations the client can defend in a buyer meeting.
- Shape assortment and retailer decisions: Apply demand transferability and incrementality outputs at the retailer and market level to line reviews, new item decisions, delisting and planogram trade-offs. Use assortment simulations, including planogram upload and new item scenarios, to build the retailer story with the client and help them win the line review.
- Connect analytics to commercial outcomes: Frame the question, coordinate the modeling work, lead the working session, and package the recommendation. Follow the decision through to what happened in market and bring that back to the client so the program is judged on results. Manage the cadence of quarterly refreshes, remodels, new item updates and category reviews so the client always knows what is coming and when.
- Partner with Circana's delivery teams: Work closely with the Global Solutions modeling team, the Client Insights team on the account, and the dedicated analyst. Own the specs the models depend on (product groupings, attributes, geographies) and make sure what gets built matches what the client will use.
- Build capability on the client side: Train and support client users on the platforms, run office hours, and raise the client's fluency in elasticities, transferability and optimization so they can self-serve on the routine questions and lean on you for the hard ones.
- Find the next opportunity: Spot the next question before the client asks it. Actively look for adjacent problems the client is working on, whether in Growth Consulting, demand forecasting, causal analytics or other Circana solutions, and bring them to the commercial lead with a point of view on how to scope them. You will be closer to the client's agenda than anyone else at Circana, and we expect you to use that.
- Communicate with presence: Present clearly and confidently to senior client stakeholders. Tell the story from what the model says to what the business should do, and be willing to challenge the client's thinking when the data supports it.
