The Analytics & Insights team at Komodo Health specializes in providing advanced analytics solutions to healthcare organizations, leveraging real-world data to drive insights and decision-making.
This role exists on the Analytics & Insights team to ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics products and services to our clients. The Analytics and Insights Manager plays a crucial role in driving client satisfaction, business growth, and innovation within the company.
Essential Job Duties
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics, incorporating new insights and technologies into our service offerings.
What You Bring to Komodo Health
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or related field, with a proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.

Additional Skills and Experience (Nice to Have)
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations, such as HIPAA and GDPR.
- Advanced analytical skills, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
Pay Range
The starting annual base pay for this role is listed below. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company’s sole discretion and in accordance with a written agreement or plan. This role may also be eligible for equity awards. In addition, this role is eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; flexible time off and holidays; 401(k) with company match; disability insurance and life insurance; and leaves of absence in accordance with applicable state and local laws and regulations and company policy.
San Francisco Bay Area and New York City: $98,000 - $120,000 USD
All Other US Locations: $85,000 - $105,000 USD
