About the role
Valley is seeking a dynamic Construction Manager to lead our projects from design through construction. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project integrity.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management software such as Procore or similar tools.
- Knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
