About the role

Valley is seeking a dynamic Construction Manager to lead our projects from design through construction. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project integrity.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management software such as Procore or similar tools.
