About the role
Join our dynamic team at Valley Construction. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our upcoming residential development project.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process from design to completion
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during the project
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with project planning and scheduling software

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed.
