About the role

Valley Construction is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead our team on exciting new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of project planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate design and construction phases to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications
