About the role
Valley Construction is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead our team on exciting new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate design and construction phases to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
