About the role

Valley Construction is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our team on exciting new projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction management, a strong background in project planning and execution, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery from design through completion
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Qualifications

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
