About the role
Valley Construction is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our team on exciting new projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction management, a strong background in project planning and execution, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of project delivery from design through completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards
