About the role

Valley is seeking a dynamic Construction Manager to lead our projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of construction management experience, a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines and budgets
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Manage subcontractors and vendors
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Prepare and present project progress reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience
• Valid California Construction Industry License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
