Clerical Associate - San Diego

About The Role The Clerical Associate will support and assist the warehouse's logistical operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role is responsible for accurate inventory matching and documentation of warehouse goods through an in-house ERP system. You will also oversee communication between sales and operation team, customers, and drivers through multi-channel communications to ensure timely shipping and receiving. The person in this position will collaborate closely with other departments to make sure orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with food safety standards. Requirements Must hold a valid driver’s license.Experience with Microsoft/Google Suite tools.Adaptive to new technologies and communicative on selected company messaging platforms.Values time, and understands the importance of meeting deadlines.Collaborative person who can function well in a team-based environment.Language Requirement - Mandarin, English (Proficiency Level - Speaking, Reading, Writing)Ability to use a computer and and utilize an ERP SoftwareFamiliarity with Google WorkspaceMust be able to read, write, and speak English and MandarinUnderstanding of inbound and outbound logisticsOrganizational skills to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient manner Apply for this role
