Job Summary
The Clerical Assistant / Video Content Specialist produces AI-generated video content using Synthesia and provides administrative support. Essential duties include creating, editing, and publishing videos, managing the Synthesia workspace, and performing basic administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish AI-generated videos using the Synthesia platform, including avatar-based presentations, training modules, and internal communications.
- Script and storyboard video content in collaboration with subject matter experts and department leads.
- Manage the Synthesia workspace, including organizing video libraries, updating templates, and maintaining brand consistency across all productions.
- Edit and refine video content for clarity, accuracy, and professional quality, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
- Maintain records of video productions, supporting tracking, reporting, and follow-up as needed.
- Ensure the secure and confidential handling of sensitive documents and digital content.
- Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry and document organization.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members regarding video project status, deadlines, and content timelines.
Experience, Education, and Certifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or mailroom role preferred.
- Business school preferred or related secretarial experience.
- Complete knowledge of office procedures and computer literacy required.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the minimum state required liability auto insurance.
- Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up to date before engaging in direct participant contact.
- Pass a comprehensive criminal background check that may include, but is not limited to, federal and state Medicare/Medicaid exclusion lists, criminal history, education verification, license verification, reference check, and drug screen.
