About The Role
The HR Assistant at Sparks Wiz Limited plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This position is integral to ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, especially within HR, is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software such as HRIS and ATS.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Aid in posting job vacancies on various recruitment platforms and managing applicant tracking systems.
- Cook up and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and dispatch offer letters, onboarding materials, and associated documentation for new hires.
- Conduct initial orientation sessions and oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with legal standards.
- Manage HR information systems and databases efficiently.
- Support employees with benefits-related inquiries, enrollment, and changes.
- Aid in payroll processing and related compensation tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Help implement, communicate, and uphold HR policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries and issues.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events.
- Cook up training programs, workshops, and maintain records of employee development activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed to support organizational goals.
