About the role
Responsible for overseeing human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Manage employee relations, addressing workplace conflicts and providing guidance on HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Proven ability to manage teams and handle complex HR issues.
- Strong understanding of employment law and labor regulations.
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
