Hourly wage: $21–$34 per hour (actual rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

About the role
Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They maintain cleanliness throughout the store—from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area—creating a clean and safe environment.
