The Classified/Confidential Management: Personnel Technician for Certificated and Classified Employees position is available at Tracy Unified School District. This position requires bilingual skills, though they are not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing personnel actions such as transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Assisting with employee benefits inquiries and processing
  • Managing personnel files and maintaining confidentiality
  • Coordinating with external agencies and departments as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws

Requirements / Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Two letters of recommendation, professional in nature required
  • Complete Edjoin Application
  • Current employment with the Tracy Unified School District under the same job assignment and having completed five (5) months of the probationary period to apply for a transfer
  • Submission of a letter of interest to the Human Resources Office to the attention of: Tammy Jalique, Associate Superintendent of Human Resources
  • Electronic application and supporting documents submission via Edjoin.org for outside candidates
