Class Action Litigation Senior Associate/Counsel

Duane Morris LLP seeks a highly motivated senior associate or senior counsel to join its dynamic and growing Class Action group. The ideal candidate will have a desire to handle cutting-edge class action work and join a collegial team of excellent employment law professionals and class action litigators who enjoy their work and take pride in their work product.

Responsibilities

• Defend class action lawsuits, including matters related to employment discrimination, workplace privacy, EEOC/DOL, wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy, products liability, or consumer fraud.

Requirements

• 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation.
• Superior academic and research and writing credentials.
• Washington State bar admission required.

Pay

The target annual pay range for this role is $385,000+. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs, and market factors.

Compensation includes discretionary bonuses, incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs.
