What You'll Do

• Skillfully manage a caseload of complex civil litigation matters from start to finish
• Develop innovative legal strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
• Draft persuasive motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Advocate relentlessly for clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations
• Collaborate with partners and associates to provide exceptional client service
• Supervise and manage junior associates, paralegals and support staff

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the California Bar
• 10+ years of experience in civil litigation
• Outstanding legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to think creatively and develop effective solutions
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
• Steadfast commitment to client service and professional excellence
