Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
  • Ability to use a handheld RF scan device.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Able to twist, stoop, squat, and reach above shoulder level.
  • Able to work in non-climate controlled environments.
  • Experience in distribution or similar roles.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and environments.
  • Possess a passion for teamwork and a willingness to learn new skills.

  • Report all equipment malfunctions to supervisor or maintenance immediately.
  • Adhere to safety and security policies and SOPs.

Quality

  • Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are error and damage free.
  • Ensure that product is scanned properly and matches the Item code on the product, pick lists, stocking lists, and physical product.
  • Complete all Inbound and Outbound paperwork accurately and completely.
  • Report all product damage to your supervisor/manager.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and specific customer work instructions.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and report all discrepancies to supervisor/manager.

Initiative

  • Knowledge of multiple accounts and/or job functions within given operations.
