We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should strip out the long EEO paragraph, visa sponsorship note, Fair Chance Ordinance links, etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup..." which appears earlier. Also remove interview instructions (Valid Photo Identification etc.) as application instructions.
We need to preserve substantive info: role description, responsibilities, qualifications, remote work requirements, what Allstate provides, licensing requirement, sign-on bonus, benefits, schedule, skills, compensation.
We should not include sections with placeholder or vague like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to decide which headings to use.
Potential sections:
- About the role (or About Allstate) – include intro paragraph about Allstate mission and role overview.
- Responsibilities – include the detailed duties (investigating accidents, assessing coverage, liability, damages, customer communication, negotiation, liability investigation, identifying injured parties, supporting claimant, working with casualty adjusters, plus the hats list). Could be a list.
- Requirements – maybe include location restriction (not available to residents of certain states) and remote work requirements? But we have Qualifications separate. Could put location restriction under Requirements.
- Qualifications – include experience, skills, etc.
- Benefits – include Allstate benefits description (time off, healthcare, retirement, 401K, education reimbursement, etc.) plus technology bundle and connectivity reimbursement? Actually technology bundle is under "What will Allstate provide?" which could be part of Benefits or separate "Equipment". But we only have headings list: Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Could put technology bundle under Benefits as part of what Allstate provides. Or we could create a separate section "Equipment" but not in allowed headings; better to fold into Benefits.
- Pay – include compensation range.
- Schedule – include shift details.
- Skills – include list.
We should not create headings for Licensing Requirement or Sign-On Bonus unless we can fit them under Qualifications or Benefits? Licensing requirement could be under Qualifications (maybe as a note). Sign-On Bonus could be under Benefits or Pay? It's a bonus, could be under Benefits. We'll include under Benefits as a bullet.
