Responsibilities
- Adjudicate claims
- Collaborate with the Claims Letter Correspondence Coordinator
- Partner with Finance on refund accuracy
- Support leadership with expedited requests and operational needs
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve dependencies and maintain smooth claims workflows
