About the role
As a Claims Coordinator at Authentic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' insurance claims are processed efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with brokers and insurance carriers to resolve disputes, gather necessary documentation, and communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in claims processing or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
