Claims Coordinator

About the role

This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position supports non-clinical dementia care navigation, caregiver support, care coordination, documentation, reporting, and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate non-clinical healthcare requests, documentation, scheduling, records, and follow-up through approved digital systems.
• Maintain accurate case, patient, provider, caregiver, or service information while protecting confidential data.
• Review assigned records for completeness, route routine exceptions, and document actions according to established procedures.
• Communicate status updates and next steps by phone, email, chat, or secure online tools as appropriate to the role.
• Prepare organized notes, reports, trackers, or handoff documentation so remote teams can follow work accurately.

Requirements

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.
