Responsibilities
- Manage operational functions within assigned offices, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
- Ensure consistent delivery of quality services.
- Be responsible for staffing and training needs.
- Administer company personnel policies, follow staffing standards, and recommend training recommendations.
- Interview, hire, and establish performance development plans for colleagues.
- Conduct performance discussions and provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance.
Qualifications
- Eight (8) years claims management experience, including two (2) years supervisory experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Licenses as required.
- Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills; PC literate, including Microsoft Office products; and leadership/management/motivational skills.
