Responsibilities

  • Manage operational functions within assigned offices, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of quality services.
  • Be responsible for staffing and training needs.
  • Administer company personnel policies, follow staffing standards, and recommend training recommendations.
  • Interview, hire, and establish performance development plans for colleagues.
  • Conduct performance discussions and provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance.

Qualifications

  • Eight (8) years claims management experience, including two (2) years supervisory experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Licenses as required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills; PC literate, including Microsoft Office products; and leadership/management/motivational skills.
