Claims Manager, Auto | Bodily Injury & Property Damage

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations for assigned locations/offices
• Create and execute business plans with defined goals and objectives
• Monitor performance through management reports
• Support the coordination of sales and client service activities
• Travel as needed to fulfill job responsibilities
• Administer personnel policies and oversee staffing and training standards
• Lead, support, and motivate team members for optimal performance

Qualifications

• 8 years of claims management experience, with 2 years in supervisory roles
• Preference for a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other PC applications
• Strong leadership, management, and motivational skills
