Claims Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and expertise to a team of bodily injury/liability claims adjusters.
• Help answer coverage questions and solve problems.
• Develop technical training and development plans.
• Work with customers to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Participate in projects to help the department improve and evolve.

Qualifications

• 8+ years commercial auto/bodily injury claim experience.
• 1+ years management experience.
• Knowledge of evaluating injury exposures.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment and tolerate stress.
• Demonstrated success exercising independent decision making, problem solving, and effective negotiation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
