Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and expertise to a team of bodily injury/liability claims adjusters.
- Help answer coverage questions and solve problems.
- Develop technical training and development plans.
- Work with customers to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Participate in projects to help the department improve and evolve.
Qualifications
- 8+ years commercial auto/bodily injury claim experience.
- 1+ years management experience.
- Knowledge of evaluating injury exposures.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment and tolerate stress.
- Demonstrated success exercising independent decision making, problem solving, and effective negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
