Around the Role
This Opportunity Sunrise Engineering is seeking a full-time Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our Civil Design group and work in our Star Valley, Wyoming office.
Responsibilities
- Provides both strategic and operational support to service center managers throughout the organization.
- Works on a variety of projects from start to finish, helping project managers set budgets, basemap existing sites and utilities, collect field data, and lay the groundwork for successful designs.
- Develops feasibility studies, master plans, and conceptual designs, while turning ideas into detailed plans that clearly communicate design intent to contractors and owners.
- Prepares drawings, grading and pipe layouts, hydrologic and hydraulic models, roadway designs, specifications, and impact analyses, and much more.
- Gains valuable field experience through construction observation and administration, helping to connect design with real-world results and grow toward professional licensure.
Requirements
- A four-year degree from an accredited civil engineering program.
- Passed your FE exam.
- Civil 3D/CAD experience.
