We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. We need to decide which sections have content. From posting: - About the role: The description paragraph after Job Title: "This Civil/Geotechnical Drafter role supports a growing geotechnical and environmental consulting team during a period of increased project demand. You will focus on drafting and production support for geotechnical investigations, seismic and soil instability studies, mapping projects, and civil site-related deliverables. You will work closely with engineers, technical staff, and marketing team members in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment and play a key part in producing client-ready plans, figures, and technical graphics with potential for longer-term engagement as project volume increases." That's substantive, so we can have

    About the role

    with

    ...

. - Responsibilities: list of bullet points under "Responsibilities". So we need

    Responsibilities

    with
    • each bullet. - Essential Skills: This is like Skills/Qualifications. The posting has "Essential Skills" list, then "Additional Skills & Qualifications". Also "Work Environment". Also "Job Type & Location". Also "Pay And Benefits". Also "Workplace Type". Also "Application Deadline". Also "About Actalent" etc. We need to decide which sections to include: Skills, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instruction: Use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map content accordingly. We have "Essential Skills" and "Additional Skills & Qualifications". Could combine into Skills and Qualifications sections. Also "Requirements" maybe from "Essential Skills" includes experience, education etc. But we can treat "Essential Skills" as Skills, and "Additional Skills & Qualifications" as Qualifications. Or we could put both under Skills and Qualifications as needed. We also have "Work Environment" which could be part of About the role or maybe not needed as separate heading (not in list). We can incorporate into About the role or maybe ignore if not matching headings. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Work Environment into About the role. "Job Type & Location": This includes Contract position based out of Tigard, OR. Could be part of About the role or maybe we could create a separate section? Not in list of allowed headings. So we should incorporate into About the role or maybe drop if not needed. Since we have to preserve all substantive info, we need to include location and job type somewhere. Could add a

under About the role. "Pay And Benefits": includes pay range and benefits list. So we need Pay and Benefits sections. The instruction says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay is stated: $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Benefits are listed. So we need both Pay and Benefits sections. Schedule: Not explicitly stated; there is mention of hybrid position, one or two days remote flexibility per week. That's schedule info? It's about workplace type/hybrid. Could be considered Schedule? The posting says "Work Environment This position is based in an in-office, collaborative consulting environment, typically with one or two days of remote flexibility per week." That's about schedule (remote flexibility). Also "Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Tigard,OR." So we have schedule info: hybrid, 1-2 days remote per week. So we can create a Schedule section with that info. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, application instructions, etc. So we need to strip out the "About Actalent" and all the legal stuff after that. Also remove "Application Deadline". Also remove "If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:" maybe we keep benefits list but not the introductory sentence if it's boilerplate? The sentence is part of benefits description; we can keep it as prose but maybe it's okay. However it's somewhat generic but still part of benefits. We'll keep benefits list. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "About Actalent", "Application Deadline", etc. We removed those. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. Check for any placeholder text: none. Check that we didn't repeat job title as heading: we didn't. Check that we didn't put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings: none. Check that we preserved all substantive information: Let's verify. Original posting content sections: - Job Description paragraph: we captured. - Responsibilities: we captured all bullet points. - Essential Skills: we captured as Skills list (first set). Did we capture all? The Essential Skills list includes: "At least 2 years of drafting experience in civil, geotechnical, environmental, survey, or related consulting environments. Proficiency with AutoCAD for civil and geotechnical drafting. Experience working with GIS platforms and geospatial datasets. Understanding of civil site plans, mapping, and technical drafting practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work independently while remaining responsive and engaged with project teams. Willingness to ask questions, learn new processes, and adapt to changing project priorities. Associate degree in GIS, Drafting Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent 2+ years of relevant experience. Experience supporting geotechnical or environmental consulting projects. Familiarity with Civil 3D for civil drafting and design. Experience with geodata management and mapping workflows." Wait, the Essential Skills list actually includes also the Associate degree etc. In the posting, after the bullet list of Essential Skills, there is a line: "Associate degree in GIS, Drafting Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent 2+ years of relevant experience." Actually that line appears after the bullet list? Let's re-examine original: "Essential Skills At least 2 years of drafting experience in civil, geotechnical, environmental, survey, or related consulting environments.Proficiency with AutoCAD for
