About the Role
Circulating Registered Nurse in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing nursing care aligned with physician's orders and center policies.
- Act as an intermediary between OR staff and surgical center during procedures.
- Perform scrub functions, including instrument and supply handling.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions before, during, and after procedures.
- Assist surgeons with tasks such as hemostasis, suturing, wound exposure, and patient positioning.
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for use.
Requirements
- Current MO RN license or compact license.
- CPR certification.
- Previous circulating experience required; orthopedic experience preferred.
