Essential Duties Greeting and educating guests on cider and Charlottesville tourismServe cider, wine and food to guestsPromote profitable sales of Trump Cider, merchandise and eventsAbility to respond intelligently to guest questions regarding Trump Winery, cider making and Albemarle EstateExecution of opening and closing dutiesClean, organize, and stock Tasting Room, restrooms and kitchenProcess payment transactions on POS systemWork in a team environment as well as independentlyAttend scheduled on-going trainingProvide assistance to guests carrying out purchasesPerform daily cleaning of tasting Room, restroom, patio, kitchen, office and parking lotOther duties as assigned to ensure the business runs efficiently Requirements Must be 21 years of age or olderPrevious winery and/or cidery experience a plusExemplary customer service skillsAbility to interact with guests with all levels of cider/wine knowledgeMust have an interest in learning about cider and wineCan handle multiple tasks at one timeCommunicates professionally in person and on the phoneIs passionate about selling cider and foodAbility to anticipate guests needs and respond appropriatelyAbility to lift 50 lbs frequentlyAbility to stand for extend periods of timePre-employment background check required Trump Winery is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
