About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Continuous Improvement Supervisor to lead our efforts in identifying and implementing process improvements across the Kraft Heinz Holland plant.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement using data analysis, process mapping, and other tools.
  • Develop and implement improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and facilitate improvement teams in applying continuous improvement methodologies with the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS), including Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
  • Monitor and evaluate progress by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, including employees, management, and customers, regarding improvement initiatives and progress.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Execute digital initiatives, such as automation, digital workflows, and data analytics, to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe and quality-centered work environment, ensuring all improvement initiatives align with the organization’s commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a continuous improvement role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and achieving measurable results.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies, such as KHMS, Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration).
  • Certification in a continuous improvement methodology (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt).
  • Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
  • Familiarity with food manufacturing regulations and standards.

Pay

New hire base salary range: $68,900.00 - $86,100.00. This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
