Children's Fitness Instructor

About the role

We are looking for a Children's Fitness Instructor to join our team. If you have tons of energy, love kids, and are looking for a way to give back to your community, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how)
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience - we treat our members like family here
• Be ready to LEAD and make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community

Qualifications

• You're open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high 5's
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps
• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education
• You live to serve - making others feel good makes you feel good
• Kids really like you AND their parents really like you too
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates
• You love to have fun but know when to buckle down and do work
