Children's Fitness Instructor

About the role

The Little Gym is seeking energetic, kid-loving Children's Fitness Instructors to teach classes and lead birthday parties based on our proven curriculum. You’ll be part of a weekend team that delivers outstanding customer service, coordinates magical birthday experiences, and makes a positive impact on children’s growth and development in the community.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging classes and lead birthday parties using our established curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families to ensure a magical experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, family-like atmosphere for members.
• Lead dynamic, movement-based activities that build confidence and skills in children.
• Collaborate with a team of instructors to deliver high-energy, fun, and impactful programs.

Requirements

• Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, dance, or early childhood education (preferred but not required).
• Enthusiasm for working with kids—both children and their parents should enjoy your energy and approach.
• Comfort with being playful and energetic (e.g., giving air high-fives, acting like a dinosaur).
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for making others feel valued.
• Ability to balance fun with professionalism and focus when needed.

Pay

$17.50 - $19.50 per hour.
