Children's Fitness Instructor

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and ensure they have a truly magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience; treat our members like family.
• Lead and make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families in our community.

Requirements

• Open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high 5's.
• Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education is helpful.
• Passion for serving others and making them feel good.
• Kids and their parents genuinely like you.
• Known for being in a good mood and having fun, but also know when to focus and work hard.

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule

• Saturday through Monday (required)
• 15+ hours per week
