Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities
• Work with director to determine current needs for program
• Ensure implementation of policies and procedures
• Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions
• Manage communication through media relations, social media, etc.
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
• Support growth and program development
• Direct and supervise all staff and their responsibilities
• Compose scheduling for childwatch attendants
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and experiences
• Ensure the safety of all children
• Ensure the individual needs of the children are met
• Ensure proper coordination of the program
• Perform all other duties as assigned
