Program Manager Aquatics - Wildwood YMCA
About the Role
Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities. Work with the director to determine current needs for the program. Ensure implementation of policies and procedures. Maintain the budget and track expenditures and transactions. Manage communication through media relations, social media, and other channels. Schedule and organize meetings and events while maintaining an agenda. Support growth and program development.
Monitor daily pool operations to adhere to all state, local, and YMCA health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of pool chemical levels and facility maintenance, as well as staff certifications. Conduct and ensure proper maintenance of pools. Secure and schedule pool facilities. Conduct lifeguarding, swim instruction, First Aid, and CPR trainings. Create and schedule swim classes, water fitness classes, and swim team practices and meets.
