Child Welfare Trainer/Content Dev

About the role

The NC Department of Health and Human Services seeks contract resources to assist with the training and implementation of the statewide Child Welfare system (CWS).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop practical training and course materials
• Provide effective and creative classroom and virtual facilitation of training
• Work closely with the Training Lead, Applications Lead, Development & Testing teams, and subject matter experts

Requirements

• Experience developing, modifying, and maintaining Captivate, Camtasia, and Word templates, scripts, and PowerPoint
• Revising training materials for instruction of adult learners

Qualifications

• Extensive statewide travel up to 75% of the time is required in the performance of the work for this position. Travel may include some evenings and weekend days.
