About the role

Briljent is seeking experienced System Training Instructors to support the implementation of a Child Welfare Information System for the State of Tennessee.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver End User Training for DCS staff during a 7-week training period utilizing both classroom and virtual training methods.
  • Deliver Provider Training during a 5-week training period using a blended learning approach.
  • Facilitate Help Desk Training prior to system go-live, including system walkthroughs, troubleshooting scenarios, and resolution procedures.
  • Support Knowledge Transfer sessions for train-the-trainer activities and technical support functions.
  • Deliver just-in-time training that incorporates business and program context to promote system adoption, data quality, and effective utilization.
  • Aid help desk personnel in understanding system-specific content related to common user issues, inquiries, and support processes.
  • Facilitate training for Level 1 and Level 2 support scenarios.
  • Cook up closely with project leadership, functional teams, technical teams, and training teams to remain current on system updates, workflow changes, and training materials.
  • Utilize learning management systems (LMS), virtual collaboration tools, and training environments to support training delivery.
  • Provide feedback regarding learner readiness, training effectiveness, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience facilitating training for diverse audiences, including end users, business staff, and technical support personnel.
  • Strong classroom and virtual facilitation skills.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Teams, and training or sandbox environments.
  • Ability to translate complex system functionality into clear, understandable, role-based instruction.
  • Experience developing and/or delivering scenario-based training and job-specific learning activities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving training needs within a large-scale system implementation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training activities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting government, public sector, human services, or child welfare programs.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software implementations or large-scale system modernization projects.
  • Experience delivering train-the-trainer programs and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Familiarity with help desk operations, support workflows, or user support processes.
