The Child Support Business Process Coordinator role is listed on behalf of a partner company managing all applications and next steps. This position supports critical public service programs by improving business processes, operations, and stakeholder experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting business process analysis and operational improvements for child support programs.
  2. Engaging stakeholders, providing customer service, and managing communication initiatives.
  3. Collaborating with federal staff, program stakeholders, operational teams, and functional support groups.
  4. Aiding in training activities, materials development, and user engagement efforts.
  5. Assisting with pilots, proof-of-concepts, and process innovation initiatives.
  6. Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve workflows, procedures, and operational efficiency.
  7. Leveraging business and collaboration tools to support documentation, communication, and process management.
  8. Creating and supporting visual communication and training materials using tools like Vyond, Articulate, and similar platforms.
  9. Utilizing Jira, Microsoft Office, AI tools, and other digital solutions to enhance team productivity.
  10. Contributing to continuous process improvement activities and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting child support programs and business operations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Comfortable with process improvement methodologies, technology tools, and training resources.
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting Federal Child Support Programs.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and training activities within the Federal Child Support environment.
  • Experience using Jira, Microsoft Office products, AI tools, and training or engagement platforms.
  • Understanding of business operations, process improvement, and workflow optimization concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with government teams, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience creating visual communications, documentation, or training materials is preferred.
  • Familiarity with continuous process improvement practices is a plus.
