Child Fitness Trainer (Ages 2-8)
About the role
Lead 30–50 minute high-energy soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 at preschools, daycares, parks, indoor facilities, community centers, and elementary schools. Create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment while teaching soccer skills and character development using our curriculum. Arrive 15 minutes early for setup, communicate positively with families, teachers, and staff, and follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols.
Responsibilities

- Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and the unique Soccer Shots energy
Requirements
- No soccer coach experience required; soccer playing experience is a bonus
- Ability to coach indoors/outdoors, move actively, and manage class energy
- Passionate about positively impacting students' lives and giving back to the community
- Energetic, engaging, and responsible
- Safety conscious
Pay
- Training pay: $20 per session (lasting about two weeks)
- After two weeks: base pay raise to $25 per session
- Direct pay raise levels up to $38 per hour
- Refer-a-friend bonus: cash reward for referring new coaches
Schedule
You choose your schedule based on availability. Coaches may work 5–25 sessions per week.
- Weekday Mornings: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- Midday (site dependent): 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Weekday Afternoons: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- Weekends: Mornings, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
