Qualifications
- B.A. Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, with the OEC licensing 12 required ECE credits, plus four years related work experience in an approved program and three of which were administrative and supervisory in nature.
- Must have or be willing to obtain within 12 months of hire, 3 credits in the administration of early childhood education programs or educational administration from an institute of higher education accredited by the Board of Governors of Higher Education or from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
- Must have or obtain within 90 days of hire the Care 4 Kids Health and Safety Training
- Provide current physical (less than 1 year) before or upon hire.
- Be able to work 35/40 hours a week, 46 weeks a year, from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM to cover center operational hours.
