About the role
Join our Community Education team as a Kids’ Club Site Lead and help make before- and after-school hours the best part of the day!
Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the Kids’ Club program
- Guide a team of Kids’ Club staff
- Assist with planning engaging activities
- Supervise students
- Ensure every child feels safe, included, and encouraged to grow
- Organize recess games
- Create activity calendars
- Collaborate with staff, families, and program leaders to maintain a welcoming environment
- Help train staff
- Support students with diverse needs
- Assist with supplies and records
- Promote strong communication across the program
Requirements
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of related experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- A passion for working with children and supporting their growth
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- The ability to stay adaptable, attentive to detail, and work independently

$20.76 – $25.85 per hour
Schedule
Monday – Friday between 6:45 AM and 6:00 PM, 8 hour shifts
